Cookies are small pieces of information stored in the browser. Similar technology may also be used to remember choices or measure activity.

When you select a language, your choice is stored in the ma_language cookie for up to one year. It is used only to remember your language preference. On your first visit to the homepage, the country associated with your IP address may be used to choose a language. The lookup is performed on our server against a local country database from DB-IP. Your IP address is not sent to an external geolocation service, and the language function does not store your IP address. You can always change the language in the main menu.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited to measure visits, pages and confirmed enquiries on mediaaccess.no, mediaaccess.es, mediaaccess.dk, mediaaccess.se and mediaaccess.uk. Measurement can link visits across these domains when you have accepted analytics on the domains you visit. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or visibility report content to Analytics. Google processes information including browser and device details, visited pages, referral source and approximate country. Processing may take place outside the EEA under Google’s data processing terms. We do not enable Google Signals or personalised advertising.

Your choice is stored in ma_analytics for 180 days. With consent, _ga and _ga_* are used for analytics for up to 180 days. Analytics event data is retained for 14 months; aggregated standard reports may be retained longer. You can reject or withdraw consent using “Change cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Measurement then stops and Analytics cookies are deleted from this domain. Your choice is stored separately for each domain.

With separate marketing consent, we use the Meta pixel (ID 165659264830268) from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It measures page views and a completed registration when contact details have been received and the visibility report unlocked. Meta receives technical browser and device information, IP address and visit activity and may link this to a Meta account for ad measurement and advertising. We do not send report content, contact fields or report identifiers to the pixel. Advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. Information may be processed outside the EEA under Meta’s terms.

Consent preferences are stored separately in ma_analytics and ma_marketing for 180 days. With marketing consent, Meta may use _fbp and _fbc, normally for up to 90 days. Withdrawal stops measurement and removes these cookies on this domain. ma_language remembers your language choice for up to one year. The language also determines the country-specific content. You can change your choice in the main menu.

Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Google Tag Manager are not enabled as tracking tools. Google Analytics requires analytics consent; Meta requires separate marketing consent.
