Terms of sale

The service is provided by Media Access AS, organisation number 926 359 363. The offer is aimed at small and medium-sized European businesses.

An enquiry through the website is non-binding. The specific delivery and terms will be clarified in a written offer before launch.

Intro costs NOK 4,990 for 30 days, ex. VAT. Ad spend is included in the price.

The Intro includes setup of one ad in ChatGPT, advertising for 30 days, a dedicated contact person, a report, and follow-up from the project manager toward the end of the test period. Ad content and launch are agreed with the customer.

The Intro runs for 30 days with no obligation to continue advertising. The customer receives a report, and the project manager will get in touch to review the results. Any further advertising is agreed separately.

The price, duration, and other terms for any further advertising will be set out in a separate offer before the customer chooses to continue.

The customer and contact person clarify what the ad will be about and what material is needed. Any changes to the delivery or price must be agreed with the customer.

The offer applies to setup and advertising. We do not promise a specific number of impressions, enquiries, or sales.

When ordering Intro, the customer’s registered payment card will be charged the agreed price of NOK 4,990 ex. VAT. The amount is charged in connection with the order and the start of advertising, and covers both our work and ad spend throughout the full 30-day Intro period.

Intro is not renewed automatically. No new amount will be charged to the customer’s card after the Intro period unless the customer has expressly entered into a new agreement with Media Access AS.

Invoicing, payment method, and handling of any unused ad budget for further advertising will be set out in the written offer. Questions about the campaign or termination should be addressed to the contact person or project manager.
